People \& Management \| Hesselbach Company. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities** * Direct supervision of occupational nursing activities in compliance with current legislation (NR-7 and NR-9 – Ministry of Labor Ordinances). * Coordination of health promotion programs, campaigns, and preventive initiatives. * Scheduling and arranging occupational medical examinations. * Scheduling and follow-up of executive check-ups. * Integration and communication with occupational health service providers. * Participation in corporate meetings and interaction with business partners. * Implementation of health programs for new employees. * Control and monitoring of occupational examination records and health programs as stipulated by the PCMSO (Occupational Health Medical Control Program). * Support to occupational physicians during occupational medical examinations. * Management and follow-up of employee absences. * Management of employee healthcare service flow. * Monitoring of occupational disease cases and work-related accidents. * Acting as the focal point during internal and external audits related to occupational health. * Supervision of adherence to standard operating protocols and biosafety routines. * Participation in internal committees (CIPA and Fire Brigade). * Support, organization, and implementation of quality-of-life and wellness campaigns and programs. * Training and guidance on first aid, vaccination, and disease prevention. * Handling medical emergencies and urgent care situations **Requirements and Qualifications** **Scope of Work** This position is responsible for ensuring appropriate management of the company’s occupational health programs, acting both strategically and operationally in disease prevention, health promotion, and medical support for employees.
