Purpose** Perform cleaning, organization, and maintenance activities in the condominium's common areas, ensuring pleasant environments for residents. **2\. Responsibilities** ● Daily cleaning of the condominium's common areas ● Collect garbage and dispose of it appropriately ● Proper use of cleaning supplies ● Maintain and care for equipment used in the condominium ● Report any irregularities found on the premises to supervision ● Use required personal protective equipment (PPE) for each task ● Adhere to the daily schedule ● Restock daily-use supplies as needed (paper, soap, and garbage bags). **3\. Mandatory Requirements** ● Basic knowledge of cleaning products ● Ability to operate simple equipment (vacuum cleaner and pressure washer) ● Physical capability to perform repetitive tasks is a technical requirement due to the nature of the role.
