**OPEN POSITION – RESIDENTIAL CONDOMINIUM JANITOR** We are hiring a Janitor to work in a residential condominium. We seek a committed, organized, and proactive professional with experience in building maintenance and a focus on preserving and ensuring the proper functioning of common areas within the condominium. **Main responsibilities:** * Monitor the preservation and cleanliness of common areas; * Perform minor maintenance tasks; * Assist with the condominium's operational routines; * Support monitoring and coordination of service providers; * Ensure order and proper functioning of the environment. **Desired qualifications:** * Experience in this role; * Knowledge of minor plumbing repairs; * Basic understanding of masonry and building maintenance; * Responsible and proactive profile. **Compensation and benefits:** * Base salary: R$ 2\.197,31 * Additional allowance for combined duties: R$ 439,46 * Attendance bonus: R$ 300,00 * Meal voucher: R$ 450,00 * Food basket: R$ 145,00 * Transportation voucher (round trip) **Employment type:** Permanent CLT contract, with all labor rights guaranteed.
