We suggest regularly checking your inbox as well as your spam folder to ensure no important communications are missed. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Manage Personnel Department activities and routines (hiring, termination, vacations, time bank, overtime). * Prepare and verify information for submission to third-party accounting services. * Support the Personnel Department assistant. * Execute HR subsystem activities: performance evaluation, organizational climate survey, job analysis & compensation, training and development. * Assist the department manager with administrative and people management tasks. * Support recruitment and selection processes for operational-level positions. **REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:** * Organization. * Communication. * Empathy. * Dynamism. * Teamwork. **HIRING COMPANY INFORMATION:** * **Company:** Confidential. * **Work Location:** Salvador / BA. * **Employment Type:** CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws contract). * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; one Saturday per month, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Requirements: * Completed undergraduate degree (Administration, HR, Psychology, or related fields). * Experience in Personnel Department. * Hands-on experience with generalist HR routines. * Postgraduate degree in Organizational Psychology, HR Systems, or related fields is desirable. * Prior experience in organizational climate surveys, performance evaluation, and job analysis & compensation is desirable.
