Assistance in Recruitment and Selection processes **GENERALIST HUMAN RESOURCES ANALYST** **Job Description:** Handle daily activities and routines of the Human Resources Department (hiring, terminations, vacations, time banking, overtime). Prepare and verify information for submission to third-party accounting. Support the HR Department assistant. Execute HR subsystem activities: performance evaluation, climate survey, job analysis and compensation, training and development. Assist the department manager with administrative and people management tasks. Support Recruitment and Selection processes for operational-level positions. **Requirements:** Completed undergraduate degree (Business Administration, HR, Psychology, or related fields). Experience in the Human Resources Department. Practical experience in generalist HR routines. Postgraduate studies in Organizational Psychology, HR Systems, or related areas are desirable. Prior experience in climate surveys, performance evaluation, and job analysis & compensation is desirable. **Minimum Education Level:** Undergraduate Degree **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; one Saturday per month, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM **Benefits:** Compensation: BRL 3,131.00, plus an occupational hazard allowance.
