· **General cleaning:** Sweeping, washing, disinfecting, and removing waste from floors, walls, and other surfaces. · **Maintaining organization:** Arranging furniture, objects, and other items in common areas to keep them organized. · **Supplying materials:** Ensuring restrooms and other areas always have toilet paper, soap, towels, and other hygiene supplies available. · **Waste management:** Collecting waste from common areas and disposing of it properly. · **Problem identification:** Observing and reporting any issues in common areas, such as need for repairs, maintenance, or equipment replacement. · **Customer service:** Providing information and assistance to employees, visitors, and customers when necessary. · **Use of cleaning products:** Selecting and using appropriate cleaning products for each surface type, ensuring cleaning effectiveness and safety. · **Cleaning of glass and mirrors:** Cleaning glass, mirrors, and other surfaces requiring special care. · **Cleaning of outdoor areas:** Sweeping and cleaning outdoor areas such as sidewalks. · **Cleaning of specific areas:** Cleaning restrooms, kitchenette, loading docks, showroom, and other designated areas; Job type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$1.805,43 - R$1.850,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection questions: * Knowledge of cleaning equipment and materials * Do you live near the company? * Do you live near Jardim Paulista?
