Participation in training and capacity-building programs The Junior Cleaning Assistant is responsible for assisting in the cleaning and organization of environments, following procedures and safety standards. This professional works under supervision, contributing to maintaining hygiene and cleanliness of the premises. * Clean floors, walls, glass, furniture, and other surfaces using appropriate cleaning products and equipment. * Collect and dispose of waste correctly, following guidelines for separation and sustainable disposal. * Assist in restocking hygiene and cleaning supplies, ensuring environments remain well-stocked and organized. * Perform cleaning of restrooms and changing rooms, ensuring proper sanitation and replenishment of necessary supplies. * Collaborate in organizing cleaning supply inventories, maintaining inventory control and requesting restocks as needed. * Follow workplace safety and hygiene regulations, using appropriate PPEs and safeguarding one’s own physical integrity and that of colleagues. * Report to the immediate supervisor any need for equipment or facility maintenance to ensure their proper functioning. * Participate in training and capacity-building programs related to best practices in cleaning and hygiene, seeking to enhance knowledge and skills. * Maintain discretion and confidentiality regarding information and situations observed during task execution, respecting the privacy of environment users.
