Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of environments in a boutique gym, delivering a premium experience to clients and staff. Key Highlights: 1. Perform cleaning and maintenance of all areas of the gym 2. Monitor equipment condition and assist in organizing spaces 3. Provide support to the team and maintain positive relationships with the public Ensure cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of the gym’s environments, providing a pleasant and welcoming experience for clients and staff, aligned with the boutique gym’s premium positioning. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Cleaning and Organization:** * Clean and maintain all gym areas, including reception, classrooms, locker rooms, restrooms, administrative areas, and relaxation zones. * Ensure mirrors, glass surfaces, and equipment are clean and free of smudges or marks. * Restock hygiene supplies—including liquid soap, paper towels, and toilet paper—as needed. * Manage proper waste disposal in accordance with the gym’s recycling and sustainability guidelines (if applicable). * **Equipment and Space Maintenance:** * Monitor equipment condition and report any issues or maintenance needs to the responsible person. * Assist in organizing training areas, including aligning and sanitizing dumbbells, mats, weights, and other materials. * Support the organization of events and promotional activities held at the gym. * **Customer Service and Support:** * Provide support to instructors and administrative staff as requested. * Maintain friendly, courteous interactions with clients to foster a pleasant environment. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in cleaning and general services is preferred; * Attention to detail, especially given the high standards expected in a boutique environment; * Organizational skills and proactivity; * Availability to work flexible hours; * Ability to interact politely and courteously with the public. **Behavioral Profile:** * Strong interpersonal skills; * Discretion and friendliness; * Commitment and punctuality; * Sensitivity to operate in a premium environment, respecting space quality standards.
