Job Summary: Professional responsible for finishing welded parts, operating machinery, organizing, cleaning, and providing general support in an industrial environment. Key Highlights: 1. Proactivity for process improvements On-site at Leitão – Louveira\-SP **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM (on Fridays, employees leave one hour earlier) **Employment Type:** Permanent CLT contract **Compensation:** **Salary:** 2\.189,97 **Benefits:** Transportation allowance (VT) or transportation cost assistance; meal/voucher allowance; breakfast provided at the company **Job Responsibilities:** Finishing welded parts; operating machinery such as drill presses, band saws, sanders, multi-blade saws; organizing and cleaning equipment and the industrial environment; loading and unloading trucks; assisting wherever requested by the immediate supervisor. **Mandatory Requirements:** Completed elementary education No experience required Availability for overtime and weekend work when necessary. **Desirable Requirements:** Knowledge of measurements using tape measures, calipers, and materials used in metalworking. **Technical and Behavioral Competencies:** Organization and attention to detail when handling multiple projects; Ability to work under pressure; Effective communication and teamwork skills; Proactivity in proposing improvements to production processes. **Minimum Educational Requirement:** High school diploma (Secondary education)
