Proactive identification of cleaning needs **Opportunity to work as a General Services Assistant, focused on cleaning, at a condominium located in the Maracanã neighborhood.** Responsibilities: * Plan and efficiently execute cleaning tasks; * Clean and maintain the condominium's common areas; * Ensure cleanliness in sensitive areas such as elevators and staircases; * Interact courteously and professionally with residents, colleagues, and managers; * Anticipate needs and proactively identify areas requiring maintenance or cleaning. Schedule: Monday to Saturday, from 7:00 AM to 3:20 PM (including a 1-hour lunch break). Location: Maracanã Compensation: Salary of BRL 1,621.00 + 20% Hazard Pay (BRL 324.20) + Transportation Voucher (VT) + Meal Allowance (BRL 60/month) + Occupational Health Plan (medical consultations and basic examinations). Requirements: * Prior experience in condominium cleaning; * Completion of elementary education. Minimum Education Level: Elementary Education (1st level)
