Higino Cunha, No. 1515, Ilhotas District, ZIP Code 64\.014\-220, Teresina (PI), is a non-profit social organization with private legal personality, recognized as a public utility and socially beneficial entity by State Decree No. 12\.286/06 and Municipal Decree No. 14\.526/14\. **CLAUSE ONE – OBJECT** **1\.1** The Reabilitar Association, through this Notice, publicly announces the opening of the Simplified Selection Process, aimed at hiring a professional for the position of **General Services Assistant**, to work in the Integrated Rehabilitation Center – CEIR project in Teresina – PI. **CLAUSE TWO – MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION** **2\.1 MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE GENERAL SERVICES ASSISTANT POSITION FOR WORK AT THE INTEGRATED REHABILITATION CENTER – CEIR** * Embody the organizational identity of the Reabilitar Association; * Attend annual training sessions; * Provide friendly and efficient service, suggesting procedural adjustments when such procedures do not align with required practices for ensuring quality and the service standards defined by the organization; * Clean and maintain façades, glass, furniture, equipment, and surfaces in rooms, bathrooms, and common areas—both internal and external—ensuring hygiene and good appearance of environments. * Perform cleaning of internal and external surfaces, rooms, and bathrooms, preserving the well-being and health of staff and users. * Collect general, hospital, and specially packaged waste, correctly following internal specifications and protocols for safe disposal. * Perform kitchen services when necessary, including sanitization of materials and utensils used. * Carry out cleaning of rooms and other areas according to the established schedule, ensuring order and hygiene maintenance. * Report to leadership any equipment showing wear or defects, as well as structural physical maintenance or repair needs. * Accurately complete activity forms and records, including bathroom control sheets, DMLs, and external shelter logs, ensuring traceability of actions. * Suggest improvements to cleaning processes, aiming to optimize operations and increase departmental efficiency. * Actively participate in organizational meetings and commitments, when requested; * Perform other related duties as required by the area and directed by management. **CLAUSE THREE – REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE POSITION** * Completed Elementary Education; * Preferred: Courses in the field; * Minimum professional experience of 6 (six) months in the field. **CLAUSE FOUR – JOB DETAILS** * Salary: 1\.639,44; * Transportation allowance; * On-site meal; * Dental plan; * 44-hour workweek. **CLAUSE FIVE – SELECTION PROCESS STAGES** * Curriculum analysis; * Competency-based interview; * Interview with the area manager.
