We have an opening for you to become a Business Banking (B1) Specialist, where you will be hired as a Specialist — the primary expert in your field. In this role, you will: • Manage and generate revenue from the corporate client portfolio, ensuring close relationships, consultative service, and financial solutions aligned with each client’s specific needs; • Follow a 100% external routine involving client visits; • Expand the client base, focusing on companies with annual revenues between BRL 500,000 and BRL 10 million; • Manage portfolio risk to ensure quality and sustainable business growth; • Deliver outstanding service, ensuring customer satisfaction and personalized attention. For this role, we value: • CPA-10 certification (ANBIMA), with CPA-20 as a plus; • Completed undergraduate degree; postgraduate qualification is a plus; • Experience managing corporate client portfolios; • Experience with credit products; • Discipline in executing the established model; • Strong oral and written communication skills, empathy, and relationship-building ability; • Strong commercial and negotiation skills; • Experience serving clients with annual revenue up to BRL 10 million will be considered a plus.
