Job Summary: Responsible for kitchen sanitation, cleaning of utensils, organizing workspaces, and complying with sanitary regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchens and related areas. 2. Keep materials and utensils clean and properly arranged. 3. Ensure compliance with sanitary regulations through the use of PPE. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Sanitize kitchens and related areas. \- Clean used materials and utensils. \- Keep work areas tidy and clean. \- Manage the use of cleaning supplies. \- Organize dining halls, clean tableware, and assist with general organization; \- Comply with sanitary regulations and use personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent contamination. \- Position located in Fortaleza / CE.
