**Hotel Day Shift Receptionist** **Schedule:** 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM \- 12x36 rotating shift; **Starting salary:** R$2\.043,85; **After gaining experience:** R$2\.248,24 **Job Description:** We are seeking a **Day Shift Receptionist** to work at a hotel, ensuring courteous and efficient guest service during daytime hours. The professional will be responsible for welcoming and guiding guests, performing check-in and check-out procedures, managing reservations, and providing support for administrative and operational tasks during their shift. **Key Responsibilities:** * Greet guests at check-in and provide information about the hotel and available services; * Process check-out, verify charges, payments, and issue invoices; * Manage reservations and update the hotel management system; * Answer incoming calls and respond to emails from guests and suppliers; * Assist guests with requests and resolve any issues that may arise; * Support housekeeping and maintenance teams by communicating service needs; * Monitor and control entry and exit of individuals at the hotel; * Prepare daily occupancy and traffic reports. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (technical or higher education in Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields is preferred); * Prior experience in this role or in customer service, preferably within the hospitality industry; * Proficiency in computer applications and reservation systems; * English or another foreign language is considered a **plus;** * Strong communication skills, courtesy, organization, and professional demeanor; * Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays. **Benefits:** * Food allowance; * Dental plan; * Health insurance; * Life insurance; * Workplace gymnastics; * English classes; * Transportation allowance; * Psychoanalytic therapy sessions; * Free parking; * Birthday day off; * Breakfast.
