Provide services to the Bradesco Organization, operating across preventive, extrajudicial, and judicial spheres. All legal matters related to the Organization’s business activities must be submitted to the Legal Department. Work model: Hybrid \- 3 days on-site Unit: Osasco/SP **Your day-to-day responsibilities** As a Data Scientist I, you will work within the **Financial Analytics Management** team, with primary responsibilities including: * Conduct exploratory and diagnostic analyses on legal and financial datasets, identifying patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement in litigation management and legal outcomes; * Build and maintain analytical dashboards and reports (using Power BI or similar tools), ensuring greater transparency, performance indicator tracking, and support for strategic decision-making; * Support the development of analytical and statistical models to enhance financial predictability of legal proceedings and optimize resource allocation; * Perform data processing, organization, and validation, ensuring data quality, consistency, and governance for analyses and initiatives within the area; * Collaborate closely with legal, finance, and technology teams, contributing to automation initiatives, analytical innovation, and continuous process improvement. **Requirements and Qualifications** What do you need to have or know? * Bachelor’s degree completed in quantitative fields such as Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, or related disciplines; * Basic knowledge of data analysis, with proficiency in Python and/or SQL; * Knowledge of descriptive statistics and exploratory data analysis; * Familiarity with database manipulation and organization (data cleaning, processing, and validation); * Strong analytical ability, logical reasoning, and attention to detail; * Ability to learn quickly and work collaboratively in cross-functional environments, interacting with legal, finance, and technology teams; * Introductory knowledge of statistical modeling or machine learning (e.g., regression, classification, segmentation); * Basic knowledge of Spark, Databricks, or Big Data environments.
