




Job Summary: Responsible for preparing meals, guiding the team, and assisting in the production of various dishes, ensuring food quality and distribution. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure production quality and quantity **Responsibilities:** Prepare meals and provide guidance to the team. **Requirements:** \- Completed high school education; \- Prior experience in this role. **Activities:** Assist in general food distribution/meals. Provide support to other cooks as needed. Operate food preparation and handling equipment/appliances, having received proper training. Clean kitchen facilities, equipment, and utensils. Produce salads, main courses, side dishes, garnishes, appetizers, and meat seasonings in accordance with current sanitary regulations and good maintenance practices. Guide and assign tasks related to menu execution, according to the rotation schedule, preparation methods, and ingredients. Support management in monitoring overall production, ensuring quality, quantity, and distribution as pre\- defined with the nutritionist.
