Company: Buddha Spa franchise group Location: São Paulo – Metrópole Shopping (São Bernardo) and Mooca Plaza Shopping units About: We are seeking a Coordinator to lead operations at the Buddha Spa Metrópole Shopping in São Bernardo do Campo and at the Mooca Plaza Shopping. This role is responsible for ensuring excellence in customer experience, operational organization of the units, and achievement of goals, leading front-line service teams and technical professionals. It is an opportunity for professionals with strong experience in service team leadership, operational management, and results orientation. Key Responsibilities: * Coordinate daily operations * Lead and develop a team of approximately 15 employees per unit (reception, cleaning, and technical professionals under PJ contracts) * Ensure excellence in customer service and spa experience aligned with the brand’s standards * Monitor and drive commercial targets and performance indicators * Manage staff scheduling, service flow, and team productivity * Control inventory of products and supplies * Support commercial initiatives and strategies to increase revenue * Work closely with teams to foster engagement and organization Requirements: * Strong experience in team leadership and management * Experience in service operations and customer service * Organized profile with operational vision and execution capability * Focus on results and performance indicators * Availability for 100% in-person work Preferred Qualifications: * Experience managing clinics, spas, or wellness services * Experience with franchise operations * Experience with commercial targets and performance indicators Employment Model: * Model: Individual Contractor (PJ) * Schedule: Flexible hours, as required by unit operational needs * Fixed + variable remuneration * Profile: Senior-level, with firm yet approachable leadership style.
