Execute cooking, plating, and finishing techniques for dishes. Manage ingredient inventory and request replenishment when necessary. Maintain kitchen organization, cleanliness, and hygiene, as well as equipment hygiene. Previous experience as Head Chef, Kitchen Assistant, Production Cook, or Industrial Cook may indicate suitability for some of the duties associated with this position. High school diploma required.
