Job Summary: Kitchen professional responsible for food preparation, sanitation, organization, and inventory control, in compliance with company standards and food safety regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Prepare and finish food according to recipes and quality standards. 2. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, utensils, and equipment. 3. Assist in inventory control and replenishment of supplies. Human Resources Consulting is seeking a Cook professional in Campinas (Cambuí/SP). **Responsibilities:** \* Prepare and finish food according to recipes, quality standards, and company procedures. \* Perform sanitation, organization, and proper storage of ingredients, supplies, and products. \* Verify the quality, expiration dates, and preservation conditions of foods used in preparation. \* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, utensils, and equipment, following hygiene, food safety, and occupational safety standards. \* Assist in inventory control, supply replenishment, and efficient resource utilization, contributing to waste reduction. \* Support the kitchen team to ensure timely delivery and adherence to established standards. Previous experience as Head Chef, Kitchen Assistant, Restaurant Cook, or Industrial Cook may indicate suitability for some of the activities in this position. High school diploma required.
