You will assist in preparing dishes and ensure quality in every detail. * Assist in mise en place and daily food preparation * Operate deli slicer safely and carefully * Use deep fryer following time and temperature standards * Assist in dish and portion plating * Maintain organization and cleanliness of the work area Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:** * Basic kitchen knowledge and willingness to learn * Prior experience using deli slicer and deep fryer * Organization, attention to detail, and hygiene awareness * Ability to work collaboratively and under demand * Good time management and self-management of daily tasks * Availability for on-site work **Preferred Qualifications:** * Previous kitchen experience (restaurant, snack bar, or similar) * Basic knowledge of food handling best practices Benefits We value those who make the kitchen run smoothly and offer a respectful work environment with practical opportunities to learn and grow. * CLT employment contract * Transportation allowance or cost assistance (up to R$ 300\)
