Work collaboratively with good communication Responsibilities: * Prepare and complete dishes according to the established menu and standards * Organize and maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, utensils, and equipment * Follow hygiene, food safety, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) * Monitor food preparation time and quality * Assist in inventory control and proper use of supplies * Receive, inspect, and store food items correctly * Work collaboratively, maintaining good communication with assistants and service staff * Ensure proper maintenance of equipment and workplace environment * Follow instructions from the chef or kitchen supervisor Requirements: * Prior experience in this role is preferred; * Agility, organization, and proactivity; * Ability to work collaboratively; * Flexible availability.
