Job Summary: Responsible for preparing meals, guiding the team, and assisting in various kitchen activities, ensuring food quality and distribution. Key Highlights: 1. Ensuring quality in meal production **Responsibilities:** Prepare meals and provide guidance to the team. **Requirements:** \- Completed high school education; \- Prior experience in this role. **Activities:** Assist with general meal distribution. Provide support to other cooks as needed. Operate food preparation and handling equipment and appliances, having received proper training. Clean kitchen facilities, equipment, and utensils. Prepare salads, main dishes, side dishes, garnishes, appetizers, and meat seasonings in compliance with current sanitary regulations and good maintenance practices. Guide and assign tasks related to menu execution according to rotation schedule, preparation methods, and ingredients. Support management in monitoring overall production to ensure quality, quantity, and distribution as pre\-defined with the nutritionist.
