We seek proactive, committed professionals willing to contribute to field activities on infrastructure and sanitation projects. **Responsibilities:** * Assist masons, carpenters, rebar workers, and operators with on-site tasks; * Perform material handling, mortar preparation, and worksite cleaning; * Support concrete pouring, excavation, assembly, and demolition stages as needed; * Follow safety regulations and technical team instructions; * Maintain a clean and organized work environment; * Take care of tools and equipment under your responsibility. **Requirements:** * Prior experience as a construction helper is **desirable but not mandatory**; * Commitment, responsibility, and willingness to work collaboratively; * Preferred residence in the **ABCDM region** or nearby areas. **Compensation and Benefits:** * **Salary:** BRL 10.77 per hour (**approximately BRL 2,370.00/month**, average); * **Medical and dental assistance**; * **On-site meals** (breakfast and lunch); * **Transportation allowance**, entitling up to **four daily trips** (two for commuting to work and two for returning home).
