




Job Summary: A confectionery professional responsible for preparing and assembling desserts, cakes, and sweets, assisting the confectioner and operating equipment. Key Highlights: 1. Supporting the confectioner in a dynamic environment MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Prepare petit fours, cakes, and pies for coffee breaks, and arrange them on trays for service. \- Assist the confectioner by delivering requested ingredients; \- Assemble dishes and desserts whenever required; \- Operate confectionery equipment, such as mixers and beaters. REQUIREMENTS: \- Completed high school education; \- Experience and knowledge in confectionery, as well as familiarity with pâtisserie and baking. \- Availability to work on a 6x1 schedule, from 11:00 AM to 7:20 PM.
