Employee development and quality standards **Condominium Cleaning Supervisor** **Job Description:** We are seeking a **Condominium Cleaning Supervisor** to work for an outsourced company in the **condominium sector**, responsible for coordinating, supervising, and ensuring the quality of cleaning services across assigned condominiums. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise cleaning teams at each condominium * Train, qualify, and develop cleaning staff * Monitor routines, schedules, and quality standards * Provide guidance on proper use of cleaning products, dilutions, and equipment * Perform and supervise **floor restoration**, including technical washing, stripping (when necessary), and specific treatments * Perform and guide the **application of waxes and sealants**, according to floor type * Ensure proper execution of daily and detailed cleaning of common areas * Maintain organization, preservation, and appropriate use of equipment * Foster positive interpersonal relationships **Requirements:** * Proven experience in the cleaning field, preferably in condominiums * Technical knowledge of cleaning products, dilutions, and procedures * Experience with **floor restoration, wax application, and sealant application** * Proficiency in operating machinery and equipment (floor buffers, WAP machines, vacuum cleaners, etc.) * Knowledge of technical and detailed cleaning * Leadership, organizational, and proactive profile * Strong communication and interpersonal skills Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2\.187,25 \- R$2\.624,70 per month Benefits: * Food basket * Health plans and commercial discounts * Transportation allowance Experience: * Cleaning Management (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
