Ensuring safety, quality, and internal procedures Position for **Cleaning Supervisor** to work at a **residential condominium located in São Bernardo do Campo**, requiring an **active leadership profile**, directly engaging in operational tasks and team coordination. **Responsibilities:** * Perform cleaning and maintenance of common areas directly; * Lead, guide, and supervise the cleaning team; * Assign tasks and monitor daily routines; * Ensure proper use of materials, cleaning products, and PPE; * Support onboarding and training of new employees; * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and internal procedure standards. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as Cleaning Supervisor or in a similar role; * Experience working in residential condominiums; * Proactive, organized profile with strong communication skills; * Leadership ability and teamwork orientation. **Work Schedule:** * **6 days on / 1 day off schedule** * **Monday to Friday:** from **07:00 to 15:20** * **Saturday:** from **06:00 to 10:00** **Work Location:** * São Bernardo do Campo – SP. **Interested Candidates:** * Send resume for review.
