We seek professionals who are responsible, organized, and committed to the maintenance, cleaning, and well-being of environments. Main Responsibilities: * Perform cleaning and maintenance of the condominium's common areas * Organize and sanitize collective-use environments * Support general maintenance and conservation activities * Contribute to a clean, safe, and pleasant environment for residents and visitors Requirements: * Prior experience in this role will be considered an advantage * Organized, responsible, and proactive profile * Ability to work effectively in a team * Commitment to service quality and organization Benefits: * Meal allowance: BRL 24.80 per working day * Food allowance: BRL 174.10 per month * Attendance bonus: BRL 300.00 * Hazardous work allowance: 20% Work Schedule: * Rotating shift (6 days on, 1 day off) * 44 hours per week How to Apply: Send your resume and join our selection process.
