Description

**Main Responsibilities:** * Fully manage the construction project, ensuring compliance with schedule, cost, quality, and safety; * Coordinate planning, procurement, production teams, and subcontracted companies; * Control execution schedules, S-curves, productivity, and performance indicators; * Participate in strategic planning and replanning of construction projects; * Conduct physical\-financial management and monitoring of measurements; * Ensure technical compliance with ABNT standards, specifications, and internal procedures; * Lead managerial meetings and report on project execution status; * Manage risks, contracts, and interfaces with clients, suppliers, and inspection authorities; * Implement operational improvements, Lean Construction, and control methodologies; * Support decision-making with a focus on results, operational efficiency, and profitability. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Degree in Civil Engineering; * Active registration with CREA; * Solid experience in managing large-scale construction projects; * Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams; * Proficiency in construction planning and control; * Leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills; * Availability to work on-site. **Benefits:** Accommodation, meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), and transportation.
