***Job Mission:*** Evaluate civil renovation and maintenance requirements, structure technical service scopes and resource specifications, engage third-party service providers for budgeting and subsequent service execution following procurement negotiations and approvals, monitor execution, and ensure adherence to deadlines and scope, aiming to deliver to internal customers in accordance with requirements. ***Responsibilities:*** * Receive and analyze building renovation and maintenance requests; * Conduct technical site visits to assess structures, perform measurements, and identify requirements; * Develop technical scopes for construction and renovation projects; * Request, analyze, and benchmark budgets from suppliers and contractors; * Monitor approvals and alignments prior to commencement of works; * Interface with Occupational Safety to ensure documentation compliance and regulatory adherence; * Align schedules and scopes between service providers and internal customers; * Supervise and monitor execution of outsourced construction works and services; * Control quality, timelines, costs, and technical compliance of construction works; * Perform service measurements for payment release; * Inspect and validate final deliveries of construction works and maintenance activities; * Provide technical handover of services to requesters; * Manage adjustments, rework, and provisional and final acceptance certificates; * Verify and forward invoices for payment; * Conduct studies and propose building and structural improvements; * Provide civil engineering technical support to maintenance teams; * Prepare photographic reports and track construction performance indicators; * Supervise construction works carried out by tenants on campus, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance. Requirements: * Active CREA registration; * Completed undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering; * Solid knowledge of design / basic understanding of architectural drawings, calculations, and measurements; * Experience managing relationships with civil construction service providers; Compensation: R$7.000,00 - R$11.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Education allowance * Private pension plan * Life insurance * Food voucher * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work location: On-site
