




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for preparing, seasoning, and grilling meats, controlling doneness and restocking, as well as maintaining organization and hygiene in the barbecue area. Teamwork and focus on food hygiene Job Description: * Prepare, season, and grill various types of meat according to house standards. * Control meat doneness and ensure constant replenishment during service. * Ignite, regulate, and maintain charcoal embers or barbecue equipment. * Perform cutting, portioning, and pre\-preparation of meats. * Maintain organization and cleanliness of the barbecue area and utensils. * Monitor inventory of meats, charcoal, firewood, and other materials used. * Follow safety, hygiene, and good food handling practices. * Collaborate with kitchen and dining room staff. * Assist in training assistants when required. **Requirements** * Proven experience as a barbecue cook or in similar roles. * Knowledge of beef, pork, and poultry cuts, as well as roasting techniques. * Ability to work in hot, high-demand environments. * Organization, agility, and responsibility. * Availability to work on weekends, holidays, and night shifts. * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
