Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to strict hygiene standards. Assist customers by providing information about meat cuts, preparation, and storage. Receive and inspect meat deliveries, verifying quality and quantity. Participate in assembling attractive and hygienic meat displays. Contribute to compliance with food safety regulations and standards. Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks for butcher shop equipment. Support periodic inventory checks and stock counts. Learn and follow meat cutting and handling techniques as instructed. **Requirements:** · Genuine interest in learning about meat cuts and handling techniques. · Courteous attitude and ability to assist customers in a friendly manner. · Attention to detail and commitment to hygiene and food safety. · Reside in Valinhos or have easy access to the location. · Availability for retail working hours (6-day rotation schedule, including weekends and holidays). · Elementary or high school education.
