We currently have an opening for a **Building Maintenance Assistant** at our headquarters located in **Valinhos/SP**. If you possess solid experience in this role and have a proactive, dynamic profile, this could be your chance to join our team! **Responsibilities:** * Perform general building maintenance tasks (basic electrical, plumbing, painting, masonry, and minor repairs); * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on company facilities; * Supervise third-party service providers when necessary (e.g., air conditioning, elevator, pest control, etc.); * Perform gardening tasks, including pruning, watering, fertilization, and maintenance of green areas; * Manage and perform minor repairs on furniture and internal structures; * Conduct periodic inspections to identify maintenance needs; * Comply with company safety regulations and internal procedures. Requirements:* Completed high school education; * Solid experience in general building maintenance; * Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, and general repair work; * Basic understanding of occupational safety practices applicable to maintenance; * NR10 and/or NR35 certification will be considered a plus; * Proactivity, dynamism, and attention to detail.
