We seek an empathetic person who enjoys communicating and delighting others — in other words, someone capable of envisioning an outstanding experience. **Responsibilities and Duties** This role involves direct contact with international schools and clients, supporting lead prospecting and qualification processes, conducting phone meetings, chat or video call support, and recording meeting data and insights in our CRM and company software. The primary focus of this position is customer and commercial relationship management with our partner schools outside Brazil; therefore, fluency in Spanish is essential. *Profile assessment will be conducted to assign areas.* **Responsibilities**: * Maintain daily productivity tracking; * Provide insights and suggestions; * Achieve established sales targets for the area; * Manage calls, messages, and follow-ups; * Use tools for proactive school acquisition; * Apply persuasive arguments during sales outreach; * Contribute to increasing future schools’ satisfaction. **Requirements and Qualifications** Prerequisites: * Fluent Spanish (mandatory and will be tested!); * Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.; * Residency in Brazil at the time of hiring; * Possession of all documentation required for CLT employment in Brazil; * Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Drive; * Excellent oral and written communication skills; * Dynamic, flexible, and results-oriented; * Proactivity, discipline, creativity, and commitment; * Logical reasoning ability; * Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks; * Ease of communication with the public; * Empathy and collaborative spirit; * Ability to handle goals effectively; * Quiet workspace and stable internet access, as the position is fully remote.
