Description

Job Summary: Responsible for baking, restocking, and maintaining cleanliness of bakery products, assisting in shelf-life control, providing operational support, performing departmental maintenance, and serving customers. Key Highlights: 1. Complete bakery operations 2. Maintenance and cleaning of the department and equipment 3. Customer service 1. Bake bakery products daily according to time and temperature specifications indicated on technical sheets and in quantities determined by the Supervisor; 2. Restock bakery product shelves; 3. Be responsible daily for maintaining cleanliness of ovens and bakery product shelves; 4. Assist in checking and controlling the shelf life of bakery products; 5. Provide operational support as requested by the Supervisor; 6. Use of PPE; 7. Compliance with 5S procedures; 8. Perform daily maintenance and cleaning of the department, as well as equipment, machinery, and utensils within the department. 9.
