Job Summary: Assist the baker in daily preparation, food production, cleaning, and maintenance of the bakery, following good practices and prevention routines. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in the preparation and production of breads and food items. 2. Maintain cleanliness and functionality of bakery equipment. 3. Implement loss and waste prevention routines. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** 1\. Assist the baker in daily mise\-en\-place (pre\-preparation) of the bakery before opening, verifying current ingredient quantities and potential requirements; 2\. Sort, season, and prepare food items according to the Bread Technical Sheet; 3\. Check the quality of prepared and ready-to-serve food items; 4\. Assist in the food production process, ensuring appropriate temperature and timing, and adjusting ingredient quantities as needed per the Dish Technical Sheet; 5\. Assist in cleaning bakery walls and floors, as well as equipment, and help clean other kitchen items (pots and utensils) when necessary; 6\. Use physical infrastructure, production machinery, and equipment, adhering to proper handling practices to ensure full functionality; 7\. Carry out loss and waste prevention routines; 8\. Use the PPE provided for this position; 9\. Assist in preparing biga (prepare 20% of the dough for use the following day); 10\. Attend Group Social Clube meetings and training sessions when requested.
