Maintenance of bakery equipment Supermarket seeks a Baker in Assis (Vila Brasileira). **Responsibilities:** Prepare dough, perform fermentation, and bake breads, cakes, and savory snacks. Monitor oven timing and temperature to ensure product quality. Develop new products and standardize existing recipes. Perform cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment (mixer, oven, fermentation chamber).
