Store Attendant

Description

Provide in-person, telephone, WhatsApp, and delivery platform customer service, addressing inquiries and ensuring customer support; Act in a consultative capacity, offering solutions aligned with customer needs and demands, with a focus on maximizing sales; Present, sell, and serve products; Maintain store organization and cleanliness; Manage inventory; Occasionally operate the cash register. NOTE: Availability to work on a rotating 6x1 schedule (Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) and during afternoon/night shifts (until 8:30 PM) is required. ***Position available for stores in the North Zone of São Paulo.
