**Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM / Saturday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Serve and support customers regarding financial department-related requests, ensuring courteous, prompt, and accurate service. Act as the liaison between customers and other departments, filtering requests and routing each inquiry to the appropriate responsible party, thereby ensuring clarity of information and high-quality public interaction. * Provide in-person, telephone, and digital customer service, offering support and clarifying inquiries; * Provide information on payment slips (boletos), workshop addresses, maintenance locations, and other operational guidance; * Filter incoming requests, classify the type of demand, and forward to the responsible department when necessary; * Record and track all service interactions, maintaining an updated history of customer contacts; * Support the finance department by advising on deadlines, payment methods, and simple outstanding items; * Ensure a positive customer experience across all touchpoints; * Collaborate with the team to organize service workflows and standardize responses; * Uphold the company’s institutional image and communication during all customer interactions. **Requirements:** MINIMUM: Completed high school education; customer service experience.
