Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for customer service, store organization, restocking merchandise, and supporting events, ensuring product integrity. Key Highlights: 1. Support in inventory management and marketing activities **Job Responsibilities:** · Customer service. · Greet customers in-store with friendliness and attention. · Provide information regarding products, prices, promotions, and payment terms. · Pick products for internal orders or customer shipments. · Properly package and label products. · Respond to customers via WhatsApp and social media, maintaining agility and professionalism. · Restock shelves or points of sale as needed. · Assist in organizing and cleaning the store environment. · Manage product display and decoration in the sales showroom. · Restock merchandise on shelves and display cases whenever necessary. · Verify products and ensure proper preservation of displayed items. · Register sales in the store's system. · Assist the responsible team in inventory control. · Support events, promotions, and marketing activities.
