Support in the store's daily operations Dolce Flor, a dessert shop in Holambra, is hiring: Sales Associate * Job Responsibilities: Taking customer orders and processing payments Providing customer service at the counter and dining area Organizing and cleaning the workplace Preparing desserts according to store standards Assembling, restocking, and organizing products Supporting daily store operations Adhering to Dolce Flor’s quality and service standards * Requirements Female Completed high school education Prior experience in customer-facing roles Strong communication skills, friendliness, and organizational ability Willingness to learn dessert preparation techniques Commitment and teamwork orientation Availability to work on weekends Residence in Holambra or nearby cities Preferably with personal transportation (due to limited bus schedules) * Work Schedule Monday to Wednesday: 1:00 PM to 7:10 PM Thursday and Friday: 1:00 PM to 7:20 PM Saturday and Sunday: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM 4 days off per month, including 2 Sundays. * Compensation Minimum wage for the occupation \+ Benefits paid via payroll.
