Cashier/Customer Service Representative

Description

We are seeking a communicative, organized, and responsible professional to work as a Cashier/Customer Service Representative in a pharmacy. The person will be responsible for customer service, cash register operations, and supporting store routines, ensuring courteous and efficient service. Main responsibilities: * Provide in-person customer service; * Operate the cash register, including opening and closing procedures; * Receive payments in cash, credit/debit cards, and PIX; * Assist in organizing and restocking products on shelves; * Verify product prices and expiration dates; * Support cleaning and organization of the premises; * Clarify customer inquiries regarding products and promotions; * Refer customers to the pharmacist when necessary. Requirements: * Completed high school education; * Experience in customer service and cash register operations is a plus; * Strong communication skills and friendliness; * Organizational skills and agility; * Basic computer knowledge; * Availability to work flexible hours. Preferred qualifications: * Prior experience in pharmacies or drugstores; * Knowledge of pharmaceutical and cosmetics sales.
