**Main job responsibilities – provide assistance** * Coordinate recruitment and selection processes for operational positions; * Carry out employee onboarding and offboarding procedures; * Prepare Service Orders in accordance with the PCMSO (Occupational Health Program); * Create, update, and maintain EPI (Personal Protective Equipment) delivery and control records; * Monitor absences, early departures, medical certificates, and time tracking; * Calculate overtime and night shift allowances; * Control the delivery and purchase of EPI, office, and cleaning supplies; * Develop internal marketing and employee integration initiatives; * Manage training programs and mandatory documentation; * Assist with payroll and vacation processes; * Prepare D.R.E (Income Statement) and monthly cost reports; * Monitor admission, periodic, and other occupational health examinations; * Draft meeting minutes and administrative documents; * Act in alignment with the organization's mission, vision, and values, demonstrating diligence and commitment.
