**POSITION:** **Hospitality Assistant** **WORK SCHEDULE:** 12x36 or 44 hours/week **SALARY:** R$1\.621,00 \+ R$324,20 (Hazard Pay) \+ R$100,00 (Bonus) \+ R$100 (Productivity Bonus, when applicable) **BENEFITS:** VA R$30,00/day \+ VT \+ Health insurance with co-payment (after 6 months) \+ Birthday Day Off (after 1 year) \+ University partnership agreements **NUMBER OF POSITIONS:** 3 **JOB DESCRIPTION:** Your mission will be to ensure high-quality patient and companion experience by delivering excellence in hospital hospitality services—from admission through discharge. You will be responsible for performing patient check-in and check-out, preparing rooms, responding to customer requests, and maintaining unit organization. **TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:** * **Minimum education required:** Completed High School; * **Experience in hospital hospitality/housekeeping;** * Availability to work rotating shifts. **BEHAVIORAL REQUIREMENTS:** * Agility and efficiency; * Organization and discipline; * Attention to detail; * Commitment, initiative, and dynamism; * Ability to work under pressure; * Assertive communication and empathetic attitude. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * **Reception and accommodation:** Perform patient check-in and check-out, providing all necessary information about hospital services and amenities.
