Responsibilities: Support in facilities contract control and supplier SLA monitoring Purchase order control Organization of documents, reports, and operational indicators Support in cost and budget management for the department Main Activities: Meeting room organization Replenishment of coffee capsules and water bottles Replenishment of stationery supplies Organization and maintenance of chairs and handling urgent needs Procurement requests for the Facilities department Postal mail dispatch organization Office supply inventory control, organization, and delivery Visitor and supplier reception and direction Mail delivery Material receipt and invoice verification Stocking office supplies in administrative areas Motorcycle courier service requests and control Notary service requests and control Coffee machine maintenance service requests and follow-up Cleaning and maintenance service follow-up and team-related requests Telephone service support Requirements: Completed Bachelor's degree Proficiency in Microsoft Office Experience in the facilities field Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's degree Preferred Education: Business Administration, Bachelor's degree
