Assist in supplier, deadline, and contract management Doctor Prime is seeking a **Purchasing Assistant** to manage quotations, procurement, goods receipt, inventory control, and supply distribution across our units. The professional will ensure that all materials — from office supplies to hospital and laboratory materials — are available and properly organized, contributing to the smooth operation of our activities. **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct price quotations and negotiations with suppliers. * Procure various materials, including: * Office supplies * Cleaning and hygiene products * Pantry items * Hospital and laboratory materials * Control goods receipt, verifying invoices and product quality. * Maintain organized inventory, recording material inflows and outflows. * Distribute supplies to units according to demand, ensuring continuous supply. * Assist in supplier, deadline, and contract management. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (technical or higher education in Administration, Logistics, or related fields preferred). * Experience in purchasing, inventory, or logistics. * Knowledge of quotation processes, invoice verification, and inventory control. * Organizational skills, proactivity, and attention to detail. **Desirable:** * Experience in the healthcare or laboratory sector. * Familiarity with inventory management systems or ERP. **Benefits:** * Medical assistance * Dental plan * Meal allowance (Ifood Benefícios) * Transportation allowance * Life insurance * Partnership with educational institutions * SESC membership * Wellhub (Gympass) **Working Hours:** * Monday to Thursday: 08:00–18:00; Friday: 08:00–17:00 Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$2.500,00 per month
