Prepare management reports and e\-mails regarding dissatisfied customers or those with pending issues. ? Identify opportunities for improvement in commercial and service processes. ? Manage and execute scheduling for technical deliveries of new vehicles across all branches. ? Ensure alignment among sales, post-sales, and logistics teams to meet delivery deadlines. ? Monitor standardization of technical delivery processes, ensuring service quality for customers. ?
