Candidates must be comfortable interacting with the public, prioritizing customer comfort, quality, convenience, safety, and courtesy in all services provided. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Cleaning and Maintenance**: Perform cleaning and maintenance of internal and external areas according to company or institutional standards. * **Organization**: Maintain orderly storage of materials, equipment, and inventory, ensuring accessibility and proper condition. * **Facility Care**: Monitor the physical facilities’ condition, identifying and reporting repair needs or improvement opportunities. **Requirements:** Proactivity and ability to work in a team; Relevant experience; Easy access to the South Zone; Flexibility regarding working hours. **Additional Information:** Transportation allowance On-site meals And other benefits.
