**Store Support – Women's Fashion** **Job Description:** We are seeking an organized, proactive individual with strong interpersonal skills to work as **Store Support** in a women's fashion store. This professional will support daily store operations, ensuring organization, excellent customer service, and assistance to operational areas. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support in-store customer service; * Store, stock, and fitting room organization; * Merchandise restocking and product verification; * Cash register assistance; * Support for simple store administrative tasks; * Receiving and verifying merchandise; * Support sales team to ensure a positive customer experience. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor; * Organizational skills, agility, and attention to detail; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Interest in the women's fashion segment. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in clothing stores; * Basic knowledge of cash handling and inventory management; * Affinity for fashion and public customer service. **Desired Profile:** * Proactivity and responsibility; * Commitment to schedules and routines; * Friendliness and focus on quality service. **Working Hours:** To be agreed upon (store shift schedule). **Employment Type:** CLT Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$1\.621,00 per month Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Profit-sharing program * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Education: * High school diploma (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
