Cost, consumption, and procurement-area performance indicator analysis We are seeking a **Purchasing Analyst** to join our hotel team, with experience in **purchasing food, beverages, and general supplies**, ensuring efficient supply of all operational departments. **Key Responsibilities:** * Procure food, beverages, and general supplies (F\&B, cleaning, maintenance, office, amenities, etc.); * Negotiate with suppliers to achieve optimal pricing, delivery timelines, and quality; * Develop, evaluate, and approve suppliers; * Monitor purchase orders, delivery schedules, and inventory control; * Analyze costs, consumption, and procurement-area performance indicators; * Ensure compliance with quality standards, deadlines, and hospitality-industry regulations; * Support operational departments in demand forecasting and restocking. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a Purchasing Analyst, **preferably within a hotel setting**; * Hands-on experience in **purchasing food and general supplies for the hospitality industry**; * Knowledge of negotiation, cost control, and supplier management; * Organized, analytical, and strong communication skills; * Familiarity with procurement/ERP systems is considered a plus. **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Logistics, Hospitality Management, or related fields.
