We seek responsible, attentive, and professionally poised individuals to safely manage the entry and exit of residents, visitors, and service providers. **Main responsibilities:** * Control access for people and vehicles; * Register visitors in the system; * Cover different posts according to the daily schedule defined by supervision; * Monitor surveillance cameras (CCTV); * Answer intercom calls and assist residents; * Deliver and record packages and correspondence; * Complete incident reports; * Follow internal condominium procedures. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience as an access controller or doorman (experience in condominiums preferred); * Strong communication skills, attentiveness, and professional demeanor; * Basic computer literacy; * Flexible availability for shift work.
